3. Warm Weather Policy
WARM WEATHER POLICY: We Do Not Offer Refunds on melted Candy. Please be aware of your local weather when ordering. While we make an effort to protect your Candy with careful packaging (During warm weather a ice pack will be included) and 3 day shipping, this in no way implies a guarantee that your item will arrive unmelted. By placing your order, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for melted items during the Warm Weather Season.
4. Gift Cards/Prepaid Cards/Rewards Cards Policy

We will not send any Gift Card/Prepaid Card/Rewards Card information electronically, all Gift Cards/Prepaid Cards/Rewards Cards will be send in the Physical Mail Only. When and if available will provide recepit with the Card Balance if we have it.

5. Pricing/Offers etc.
Most listings, rather as a Auction or Buy It Now price. We are willing to negotiate so Offers are always accepted for consideration at least. All payment currently only accepted thru PayPal as well all Credit/Debit Cards will be processed thru PayPal.
6.  Non Paying Buyers
We have had previous issues with Non Paying Buyers, so especially if you have low or no Positive Feedback's like to know you are a serious Bidder before you place a Bid please. If you have plenty of Positive Feedback please disregard.
7. Domestic/International Shipping

Will ship worldwide, If willing to pay the extra cost, which varies by country usually. Buyer responsible for any Customs, Duties, Import, Tarrifs, or Taxes etc. United States Shipping Free on many items except where noted. We do not set shipping price, it is done through the carrier, we use USPS.

Absolutely are Not Responsible for any Damage to items during Shipping & Lost or Stolen Packages, we Do Not currently offer Local Pick Up purchases. 3 Business Days is our usual Shipping & Handling time, Does Not include Weekends & Holidays (in which we do not typically ship on).

8. Combined Shipping
If you Bid and win more than one of our Auctions/or make multiple Purchases within a 3 day period, we will combine Shipping Charges to save you money!
9. Tracking
We provide tracking number through eBay and email within 24 hours of Shipping when applicable. Allows Shipping Carriers 1 business day to update their system for Tracking Information. Low cost items such as Concert Handbill Flyers/ Used Collectible Gift Cards/Prepaid Cards/Rewards Cards will be sent in a Letter Sized Envelope with no Tracking.
10. Returns
Due to the nature of most items that are Food Products, Health & Beauty Items, and Clothing. Most of our Items are Surplus Stock, including: Discontinued Items, Irregular Items, Liquidations, and Used Second Hand Items etc. And/or has Scratch & Dents such as Damaged Boxes/Packaging etc.
Returns are Not Accepted, or Refunds, for example if you the customer have buyers remorse, or fail to read the Item Description, or the Best By Dates etc.
