This high-quality equipment set includes a 51-inch 5-pound lifting bar that helps create versatility in your everyday workouts. The full weight set includes a pair of 2.5-pound, a pair of 5-pound, and a pair of 10-pound plate weights. Each polygon-shaped plate is designed with specific grip locations and visible large numbers to ensure safe use on and off the bar. With the 2 spring collar grips, you'll be able to securely place the weights on the bar without the worry of them falling off.
Equipped with heavy-duty stainless steel construction, this durable weight set will last for a lifetime of use. For safety reasons, it's recommended not to place more than 150 pounds of weight plates on the lifting bar.
