    Description

    A brand new smooth stainless steel inskirt rigging ring from Jeremiah Watt Horse Shoe Brand Hardware.  Fastens with 4 rivets (not included) and hangs below the saddle skirt at a 5 degree offset allowing latigos to lift away from the horse's rib cage.  The inner ring measurement is 3 inches, outer ring measurement is 4 5/8.  Sold as Single Ring.
