you are looking at a beautiful and rare  antique hand chased photo frame  repousse on purple velvet made by
Mappin & Webb london xford street as stated on back of frame  in sterling silver, wood and covered with elvvet .real colletible piece .
Measurments :
35,5cm x x 24.5 cm
13.97 x 9.64 inches
Condition:
The photo frame is more than 100 years old
This frame have been checked ersonally ,the silver has some dents in different parts of the frame some visible some not .
there is also some pars where the silver is missing as seen on photos ,but does not make the frame ugly or defetuous as you can see .
this tye of frames comes glued the buyer as to open it up to him to change the velvet or not .
the velvet material due to its age it is recomandable to change as in some parts the velvet is worn .
